Sellers in this market can be tough to deal with. Let's face it, they want to sell their home fast, and for the most money. In the past few years, that wasn't a problem. Now, we are all a little spoiled. Oh how times are different. However, we can eliveate a lot of pain by just communicating honestly and more frequently. There is really no excuse, especially with modern technology such as email...and TEXT! (Even the baby boomer's have discovered it! And, secretly love it!:)
A quick email, text, or call to give updates, even when there are none to give will save you a lot of heartache, and possibly a withdrawn listing.
